Last post was about property to buy, where finding buyers for those properties. This time we're finding sellers 'cause our business is about buying and selling real estate properties. Hot buyer? For us that means the one who can buy a house NOW and qualified for financing.

Good News or Bad News? What You Think?

Some great announcement! The GT Executive Townhouse was already been sold, so that mean our last blog post is obsolete.  This is absolutely a great news for the buyer because this is really a great property but somehow not so good if you procrastinate and let this opportunity slip. Actually, this is not so good to our team because we're also dealing with this property, but some team beat us. Well, that's competition, but what's good about this competition is we were able to learn on why their team was able to beat the other team(yes, including us) and we all learn from them.

We are not the one who got this deal but although we lose in that property, our team was inspired to push more and learn from them how they managed to sell the GT Executive Townhouse property in 2 days!!! Yes, in two days!!! We learned that they use their Center of Influence Network. That means they just inform everyone they know that their in Real Estate Investing and somehow someone became interested and the rest is history.

So, why our team still happy even though we don't earn in this property? 'Cause this only proves how great this deals were, as well as the other properties that we're promoting. It's possible that even while your reading this blog post. Another property that we're promoting was already been closed.
